Getting Started
We welcome the opportunity to demonstrate how IQity is different. We have extensive experience in developing and implementing many successful value creation strategies – particularly when integrating business process improvement methodologies with enabling technologies.
We offer three low risk ways to get started:
- Business Assessment (BA) – focus of scope is a single site location or business process and includes the following deliverables:
- An on-site one to three day engagement
- Assess, validate and present a Business Case Summary outlining recommended areas for a business optimization project.
- Provide a Value Engineering Roadmap – ROI Assessment
- Costs are nominal to cover operating costs.
Enterprise Assessment (EA) – focus of scope is a more comprehensive Business Assessment typically lasting 1-3 weeks across multiple site locations or business processes and includes the following deliverables:
- An EA is a more comprehensive Business Assessment typically lasting 1-3 weeks.
- Map ‘current state’ and preliminary ‘future state’ design.
- Provide a comprehensive Value Engineering Roadmap
- Assess, validate and present a Business Case Summary outlining recommended areas for an enterprise optimization project.
- Costs are discounted 25%.
- Proof of Concept (POC) – an alternative approach to illustrate the effectiveness of our BPM capabilities by focusing on a specific business process. Deliverables include:
- Time frame – typically 4 to 8 weeks.
- All Enterprise Assessment deliverables.
- Implementation of our integrated BPM / BI platform and illustration of value created.
- Development of a comprehensive Business Case and Roll-Out Strategy.
- Costs are on a time and material basis.
